Laguna Lodge is an ecotourism hotel, leader among the hotels and resorts of this tropical country, with its own style, comfort and personalized service. we count with a privileged location between the main channel of Tortuguero and the sea Caribbean. The Lodge has 106 standard rooms surrounded by gardens in which which appreciates the exuberance of the flora of the area. The rooms offer private bathroom, hot water, ceiling fan and rocking chairs outside the room, to sit and admire the gardens. Guests can enjoy the two pools, one located next to the canal and the other on the beach side. We also have trails and a butterfly garden open sky inside the Lodge.
Our restaurant is strategically located in front of the main canal, so that while enjoying food, you can admire the beauty from the area. Meals are served buffet style and include a variety of fruits and fresh vegetables. Coffee, tea and cookies are available 24 hours a day. The decoration of the restaurant and the bars was made with wood collected on the beach and cured in our joinery workshop.

Tortuguero is one of the most important spawning sites for the Green Sea Turtle throughout the North Caribbean. The spawning season is extends from July to October, followed by the birth season, so we offer the opportunity to enjoy one of our night walks in search for sea turtles or, witness the births in hours of the late.
